This vessel would make a perfect floating accommodation for yacht crews in the marina. She accommodates 8 in 6 comfortable and clean berths. She could also make a perfect live-aboard for a large family.
An alternative use for this boat would be as a dive business in the Gibraltar area with stay-aboard accommodation.
She requires a little further investment as although the lower deck is fully renovated the saloon is left for personalized updating, but at this price any entrepreneurial individual would quickly make money from her.
