Broker's Comments
The current owner has been upgrading this Viking 43 Double Cabin since 2020, and has invoices upward of £26k available to see. He has spent a fortune on her since 2018!
For her size, she is spacious and equipped to take her next owners on their future adventures and would make an ideal boat to live aboard.
The exterior areas are centred around guest enjoyment with a large stern deck with teak table and comfortable armchairs.
Her classic deck styling is uncluttered and showcases a neutral colour scheme with plenty of alfresco spaces to take advantage of. The walk around decks offer seamless access to all areas and the flybridge is the ideal place for relaxing alfresco.
Her interior is warm and welcoming and filled with plenty of natural light. The furnishings in the main salon are comfortable and well-suited for the space. The high-gloss Teak wood panelling seen throughout her traditional interior perfectly complements the age of the boat.
She can sleep 4 guests in two well-appointed cabins, the dining table and the sofa can also accommodate 2 guests each, totalling a comfortable sleeping arrangement for 8.
The aft cabin is full-width with a walkaround oversized queen bed, plenty of storage in the nightstands, drawers and hanging lockers.
The forward cabin has two-berths that could be converted into one large berth with nightstands, drawers and a hanging locker. Both cabins have their own TV and heater and en-suite heads.
The yacht’s versatile accommodation layout makes her perfect for those travelling with family or small children.
