As if the Velux 5 Oceans race wasn't enough there will be a another international adrenalin fueled race starting in the beautiful Saint-Malo this Sunday.

Not only are the IMOCA open 60's competing but the multihulls are going to be in this one along with the up and coming skippers in the smaller 40 and 50 open classes building their experience and skills to take on the world of the 60's

They will be racing the old rum route and ending up in Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe.

All info available at the official site link below.

In the lineup is Dominique Wavre on his new Open 60 'Temenos' as a result of considerable effort and work over the last 12 months, and many more before, which included the sale of his original Open 60 brokered through Boatshed Performance with Merf Owen.

We know how hard all the skippers and crew have worked just to make it to the start line and wish them all Bon Chance and hope they enjoy!
