Broker's Comments
Two things impressed me about this boat. Firstly, she is in very good condition. Secondly I visited this boat after two days of torrential rain. In fact the visit occurred 36 hours AFTER the heaviest April rain days on record. There was not a a drop of rain or sign of humidity on the boat which had been locked up since February.
This yacht has a lovely layout with two doubles and two singles in three cabins. It would make an ideal cruising boat. She is comfortable. Her size also makes it easy to live aboard for extended periods.
I was struck by what I thought was excellent value based on price and condition. I would recommend anyone looking for a 50 foot flybridge boat to come and view this lovely yacht.
