Broker's Comments

This lovely motor yacht has been catching my eye for the past three years because it is well maintained and could make such an elegant live-aboard, yet it is seldom used. It has now been put on sale by a reluctant owner due to this lack of use.

Part exchange for something likely to be more used might be considered.

This yacht is a great liveaboard. The owner's cabin is massive and there is still room for another 4 guests. With an LOA of 11.98 she appears larger, but comes within the crucial 12m berth pricing.

This yacht is not only a great marina boat but she is also equipped to put to sea at short notice. Her current owner invested a fortune installing modern navigation equipment and even a stabilised SAT TV receiver. Because she is also a full displacement yacht she is very comfortable.
