Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to present this 56ft Wide Beam barge with London mooring for sale. Situated at St Katherine's dock, this boat provides huge amounts of space in central London's most picturesque marina and would make an ideal pied-a-terre for someone working in the city.

Built in 2002, the boat has been superbly maintained throughout and is perfectly set up for river cruising with a 50HP Yanmar and wheelhouse that provides great visibility all around for the helmsman. There is also plenty of room for entertaining in the wheelhouse and affords fantastic views out of the marina.

The boat is moored on a 12 month pied-a-terre mooring costing £11,500 p.a. which is renewable annually. The mooring is fully transferable on approval of marina management.
