Here is a walkthrough starting in the master stateroom:
The full-beam master stateroom is massive - it features an island queen-sized bed with plenty of space surrounding it. There are four large closets with built-in shoe storage on the starboard side, plus a long chest of drawers on the portside. The ensuite head has a vanity mirror with sink, vacuflush head and a jacuzzi tub. Forward and starboard of the master suite is a guest cabin with two twin beds and a hanging locker. Forward and starboard of the first guest cabin is the second guest cabin with two twin beds, plus drawer storage. Across from the second stateroom on the portside is the guest head, with vacuflush toilet and a large shower stall. Up and forward is the brightly lit dining room with an expandable table capable of seating twelve. Adjacent to the dining area is a two-person breakfast nook, plus ample counter space for appliances. The modern galley has granite countertops, hardwood floors and plenty of storage for pots and pans. It has a full-sized household refrigerator, flush mounted electric stove, built-in microwave, house-sized dual stainless steel sink with a new faucet and a dishwasher. Down and forward of the galley is a converted office with electric head and pantry. The forepeak was a shower, but it's currently being used for storage. The main saloon is accessed by the companionway doors, or by stairs from the dining room. The main saloon was converted from its original configuration to make it look and feel like a home living room. It has bucket chairs, a book shelf on the starboard side, and a ginormous L-shaped couch on the port side. The custom entertainment center features a TV, refrigerator, and ice maker, plus a bar area. There is a pass through window from the bar to the helm - very convenient. The helm seat is large enough for 3 or 4 adults to sit and face forward while cruising. The aft deck of this Pacemaker is enclosed for more livable space in the winter. It has a wicker couch, plus a table with four chairs and nice teak decking. It is a great spot to sit and enjoy dinner or drinks - the height of the deck allows you to see over most other boats.

Broker's Comments
Over $750,000 invested in this yacht to make it the perfect live-aboard!
With over 1100 sq ft of interior living space this yacht is an ideal Northwest live-aboard. The spaciousness is difficult to describe online, it deserves a tour in-person for a full appreciation for its livability. With aft full beam saloon and master suite, the layout maximizes comfort for its owners and still provides two comfortable guest rooms. It has amenities more commonly found in million dollar yachts including a large jacuzzi tub and a dedicated dining room. The interior has enjoyed an extensive refit including new granite countertops, new windows in the galley area and new carpet throughout the boat. It has more square footage and creature comforts than most floating homes or houseboats. If you are looking to live aboard without being cramped you owe it to yourself to view this boat.
