Broker's Comments
This boat is clearly in need of some TLC, having been sitting unused on her marina berth for some time. It's a while since the engine has been started and the exterior is obviously in need of some spit & polish.
However, the price reflects this and, once 'sorted', these boats offers a good blend of performance and space and provide a great little package for getting afloat, accommodating 4 in comfort and able to sleep 6 using the generous cockpit.
The great benefit, however, is that she comes with a central London (Zone 2) residential mooring in the desirable South Dock Marina. Where else could you get a small London pad for less than £20,000?
