Broker's Comments
This is probably the best example of the classic Phantom 43 I've seen. Commissioned in 2001 (build completed in 2000), she is in terrific condition, with a truly immaculate interior and sparkling exterior. The well-designed accommodation makes excellent use of space. The forward stateroom has king size double berth, en-suite heads with shower basin and vacuum flush electric toilet. The guest cabin has 2 single berths or can covert to a double; the en-suite heads / shower room has never been used. The main saloon contains L shaped settee with converts to a double berth.
This boat has had the same owner from new and extremely low engine hours (just over 400). She is very well specified in every respect and is well worth a viewing for someone looking for a spacious boat capable of excellent long-distance cruising capability.
She currently has a mooring in St Katherine Docks (next to the Tower of London) and would make a great base for relaxing, socializing or corporate entertaining during the games period and beyond.
