Water from shower, taps, etc is pumped out directly. There is a chemical toilet. There is no holding tank because at this marina, there is no mobile pump-out facilities - so the boat would need to be moved to the pump-out station.

Broker's Comments
This lovely Dutch Barge was built in 1999 and the current owner has spent much time and money completing the interior. She has a large engine room, below a good sized wheelhouse and the dimensions mean that she is happy on most canals, in fact the owner brought her up from Bristol.
She has a good sized galley, fitted with appliances and cupboards, a bathroom with shower, good-sized living area and a bedroom. The fit out is of good quality and is fairly neutral, which will allow someone to impose their individual style on her.
She comes with the mooring in one of the nicest marinas in central London, ideal for Docklands and the City.
