Fully teak laid aft deck, side and fore-decks. Hull is Epoxied. Pulpit and pushpit rails, fender baskets, flagstaff holder. Stanchions with guardwires. Boarding gate
to port and starboard and aft gate. Exterior handrails to forward coach house and wheelhouse roof, exterior grab handles to side of wheelhouse. Exterior helm seat (fully adjustable) with footrest, bow roller, four pairs of mooring cleats, centre mooring bollard to foredeck, two fairleads to foredeck
toerail, boarding platform (teak treads) and boarding ladder (teak treads) with swim ladder, stowage for liferaft on aft side of pushpit.

throughout, carpeted throughout with carpet inlay to wheelhouse and galley steps. Leather helm and
pilot seats including sliders and arm-rests. Blue upholstery in dinette and wheelhouse and galley
areas in as new condition. Curtains throughout. Interior fittings in chrome.
Twin guest cabin with large storage areas, hanging locker and access to heads compartment on

cruiser. This boat was built by us in 2000 and is incredibly well equipped with numerous special
