The mizzen mast is strapped to the deck and needs to be rigged.
The sails although from 1998 were found in the forward cabin neatly folded and looking virtually new. The said he has used then for one month in total.
The Crusader sails with the sail covers were new in 1998 and have had very little use maybe three to four months in all. It is terrible to say but the furthest the boat has sailed in the passed 20 years is Alicante on the Costa Blanca.

Broker's Comments
This is a boat for the practical yachtsman who wants a lovely boat at an excellent price and can dedicate many happy days of restoration and repair. The story with this boat is that the owner left it in Gibraltar in 2002. He returned this summer to put it on the market as the cost to ship home is too high.
It is paradoxical that many of the items on this boat are old but new! For example the sails have hardly been used since they were cut new in 2000.
In the hands of the right owner and with the investment of a few thousand pounds this rough diamond will polish up into a sparkling gem.
Please note that this boar is being sold on a "where is, as is" basis.
