Broker's Comments
You may be wondering how the price of a Warrior 38 could be so low. This yacht was surveyed and then purchased by the current owner who then discovered that the hull had osmosis. He embarked on legal action and then discovered that the surveyor had no personal indemnity insurance. There is a cautionary tale here!
To cut a painful story short the owner has lost a fortune in legal fees meanwhile the boat has been on the hard for more than 2 years. He has therefore decided to cut his losses and sell her exactly as she is and at this low price.
After two years out of the water the hull must be bone dry and ready for a gelcoat repair job. This yacht would suit someone who has the skills to bring this yacht back to life. As far as I know no yacht ever sank from osmosis! For the right person this is a bargain and I expect her to sell very quickly. This will make the fifth sale of a Trident Warrior by Boatshed Gibraltar in less than 3 years.
The details of this Warrior for sale are subject to contract.
