Broker's Comments

This popular small cruiser is stored in a farm shed and so the photos don't do her justice. However she has been kept dry and in good condition so that with the mast stepped and the rigging in place she would be a great little yacht. The engine looks like new and actually gleams a bright Beta red! Inside she is neat and tidy and quite spacious for her size. She is a great small cruiser that can be moored on a drying mooring, keeping the costs down to a minimum. In fact the mooring in the River Exe may also be available to the new owner.
