Broker's Comments
Used as a day sailor this boat has a current BSC and is Broads licensed until 2011. She is on a secluded mooring that is available at a cost of only £300 per year. Whilst she is not loaded with instruments and goodies she is in original gelcoat and will scrub up well. Priced realistically the interior is in very good order as is the upholstery, carpets and curtains. The sails are relatively new as is the standing rigging.
She is a good clean dry boat that is ready to go.
