Broker's Comments
This boat has had a top to bottom service in the last 2 months (June/July 2012). Work done is the following:
1. Hull anti-fouled.
2. Anodes changed.
3. Engines removed stripped down to block and re-built and new parts installed as required.
4. Outdrives also removed strip down and rebuilt and new bellows and anodes fitted.
5. Four new props installed (4X5 bladed duos).
The invoices for the above work are available for inspection.
A new cockpit canopy has been ordered and will be installed for sale.
In summary this is an excellent buy. A marine surveyors report (written after the refit) is available for interested parties.
