Broker's Comments

This boat was viewed and photographed by Matt and John of Boatshed Lake Michigan. When I first walked down the dock and saw this boat, I imagined myself sitting in the cockpit enjoying a “boat drink” watching the girls diving off the swim platform. Then I woke up and realized I had better get busy taking some pictures of one of the most beautiful sought after vessels on Lake Michigan today. With less than 80 hours on her new 3116T Cat engines, “not rebuilds”, she has hardly had a chance to make waves. But she will when you pull into her new home. Spending all of her adolescent life on Lake Michigan, the only salt she has seen was from the Margarita glass. The current owner has put less than 80 hours on her in the past 5 years yet she has been washed weekly, fumigated monthly, and serviced regularly. All this boat really needs is an owner who is ready for adventure. With enough room for a family of four to spend the weekend together or a couple to call there second home, this Sea Ray 450 Sundancer won’t be lonely much longer.
