11 gallon hot water tank.

No. of double berths 3
Cabin(s) 2
Handbasin 1
Shower 1
Heads 2 heads (Electric)

Board the boat from the swim platform with its safety rails (staples) and propane locker, and then through the transom door. The cockpit is remarkably large and open, with a centerline bench seat aft (which folds forward to access the lazarette) and table, and clever bench seats folding open from the gunwales. There is a convenient U-line icemaker. And the optional cockpit helm station (with wheel and engine controls -- and a sink). The engineroom hatch opens with electric lifters and affords good access to the Volvo-Penta D4. Cockpit storage lockers (2) add substantial storage space. The cockpit is fully enclosed with a beautiful enclosure, adding a lot of usable space in inclement or cold weather.

The stairs to the flybridge are secure and gentle, and the convertible flybridge (innovative!) seats two on a bench seat.

The main cabin is entered through a Diamond Seaglaze door with full-length window. The guest berth is to port, and has a privacy door (which is great because the cabin also has a day head!).

The galley has everything you might want including a wine cooler (the manufacturer also says that it is useful for water).

The salon table is comfortable and large and attractively lit. The forward seat converts to a forward-facing companion seat while underway. Upholstery is the "Ultrahide" upgrade.

The helm station is raised to achieve a pilothouse effect in a sedan design, and has a sliding side door to the side deck and forward. A drop-down screen for TV/video is on centerline. There is a TV satellite dish included.

The master suite has an island berth, its own video screen (plus controls for the Fusion entertainment system), super-romantic night lighting, and an overhead hatch for ventilation.

The ensuite head/shower is attractively designed. Both heads feature electric toilets.

The foredeck has another forward-facing bench seat (with cushions stowed separately) that opens from the trunk cabin. Cup holders are located on both sides (they've thought of everything!).

Cabin heat is a Webasto diesel-fired forced air system.

Broker's Comments

Waterline Boats / Boatshed Seattle is pleased to offer this attractive example of a Ranger Tugs R-31CB with an excellent equipment list and many options. She is in outstanding condition with low hours and shows as the remarkable machine she is.

Another innovative model in the Ranger Tugs line, the R-31CB features a clever folding flybridge (to facilitate trailering), a very large cockpit with built-in seating / table and additional fold-out seating in the gunwales, a two-stateroom interior with a day head, and the Volvo-Penta D4 diesel. This model may fit the needs of people new to boating who want an easy way to adventure in comfort, or those who are moving down to a smaller, though fully-featured cruiser. And this boat is trailerable (though a trailer is not included) which adds an entirely different dimension to "cruise-ability".

Loaded with options -- full cockpit enclosure, cockpit steering/controls, cockpit icemaker, interior carpeting, LED lighting, full Garmin nav suite and wireless thruster controls, solar panel, and more.
