Broker's Comments

From Pacific Asian Enterprises ( P.A.E. ) the builders of the highly regarded "Mason" range of sailing yachts. The boat that started it all, in the highly specialized world of ocean going, recreational "Long Range Trawler Yachts" the Nordhavn 46 has achieved the legendary status of a modern day classic. This one owner vessel has been stored ashore for a minimum of 3 months every year and is only for sale due to the owners advancing years. She is unusual in that she has a main mast, Mainsail and Genoa and sail as well as a Mizzen, which the owner uses rather than the paravane stabilisers to reduce roll.
At a sensible asking price, she is in great condition for her age and has always been professionally maintained. Varnishing of external woodwork has recently been completed.

UK ( Bermuda ) Part 1 registration.
