Light finished attractive birdseye maple joinery, custom hardwood floors, and an abundance of windows greet your entry into the salon through the sliding full-glass aft doors. The open, spacious design of the integrated salon and pilothouse areas make this boat attractive for living and entertaining.
The salon features a leather electric recliner sofa and a new entertainment system including Intellian satellite TV antenna, 3D flat panel TV, 3D Blu-ray player, and Bose surround sound system. The galley, with breakfast bar, has beautiful Corian countertops and lots of working space and storage. Newer appliances include a convection oven / microwave, three burner electric cooktop, and a large-capacity refrigerator with wood panels that match the galley cabinetry. Very attractive. An icemaker is installed behind cabinetry opposite the galley.
The pilothouse provides good sightlines fore and aft, has a large L-shaped settee, and a starboard side pilothouse door. Access to the flybridge is from here via a sliding glass door that admits additional light into the pilothouse. A pilothouse table for the settee has been removed and is stored separately, but included in the sale.
A straight set of stairs, at a gentle angle, lead to the staterooms from the pilothouse. The master suite is amidships and includes a queen sized berth, an ensuite head with enclosed shower compartment, and a washer and a dryer hidden behind cabinet doors. The guest stateroom forward has a pedestal queen. And the third cabin has over/under single berths. A guest head with shower compartment is positioned off the forward companionway.
Exterior features include a very large cockpit that is partially covered with a hardtop, and an even larger flybridge. The flybridge has a full enclosure with new (2017) front and side panels and isinglass. The port-side helm has a double helm seat. There is a single swiveling pedestal seat to starboard, and two L-shaped settees aft.
All-in-all this boat has a proven capacity for entertaining many people aboard!
There are two engineroom accesses -- through the lazarette hatch into the lazarette and then forward into the engineroom, and through a hatch in the galley into the pantry below, and then aft into the engineroom.
Cabin heating is provided by a Webasto hydronic heating system.
Raritan 20 gallon hot water heater.

Broker's Comments
This Navigator 5300 Classic appears exceptionally nice and is as well-prepared for a new owner as I've ever seen. She's clean, polished, waxed, updated in many aspects, and has a solid maintenance history. She looks contemporary and is standing tall inside and out.
It's easy to see why the 5300 has been a popular model. And this boat particularly offers a lot for the money, with three staterooms, large living and entertainment spaces in the cockpit, salon pilothouse and flybridge, and many nice features including midships master stateroom, considerable storage, separate washer and dryer units, very low hours on the twin engines, Northern Lights generator, bow thruster, new flybridge enclosure isinglass windows, and nice entertainment equipment.
The sellers' Rendova dinghy and abominably large Yeti cooler are not included but are negotiable.
