Boarding via the stern swim step you ascend six molded steps to an aft deck which is a perfect spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or to enjoy a glass of wine and the sunset in the evening while barbequing your dinner.
The maple interior and décor throughout the yacht is striking and handsomely coordinated in each area. The large windows throughout, (many of which open for ventilation) provide excellent visibility and light giving each space a very open, spacious feeling.
The full-beam salon is beautifully appointed with a custom L-shaped settee, matching leather chairs, coffee table and a whimsical area rug. Forward, and included in the salon area, is a dining table that will easily seat six. A built-in entertainment center with a Sony flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and wet bar with wine and cocktail glass and china storage is just forward of the dining area.
To starboard of the dining and entertainment center is a spiral staircase and private entrance to a magnificent aft master suite. The king size bed is centerline. The private master bath has separate his/her head areas joined by a large, centerline jetted tub and shower. The suite is furnished with built-in and very ample drawer storage, a walk-in cedar lined closet, and mirrored vanity; one can easily imagine living comfortably on-board. An entertainment cabinet includes a stereo system, and TV monitor which also doubles as a monitor for the aft camera, engine room camera, radar and anchor watch.
Forward of the master suite is the full stand-up engine room. Both engines and all systems are labeled and easily accessed for maintenance. A professional marine engineer has meticulously maintained this yacht.
Returning to the main deck, the galley is forward and private with a large dinette and leather upholstered, button tucked settee to starboard. The galley rivals many home kitchens and is a chef’s delight: Whirlpool trash compactor and dishwasher, Whirlpool smooth surface glass stove with a full size under-counter oven, a Sharp Carousel Microwave over the stove and a Kitchen Aid full size fridge and freezer complete the appliances. The Corian counters, under counter sink and cabinet space allow plenty of storage and prep area.
Forward of the galley is the main helm/pilothouse. Sliding doors to port and starboard give easy access to the bow for deploying fenders or to enjoy the bow seating and lounging area. The boarding ladder is stored on the port bow area. The current owner is aware the pilothouse doors need attention due to a known leak and will be rectified. However, it is important to note too that this area is the only area showing any intrusion.
The flybridge companionway leads to a fully enclosed area perfect for entertaining and running the boat. The flybridge helm has complete redundancy of the controls, navigation and safety systems from the main helm. Side-by-side captains' seats swivel when wishing to enjoy friends and family. The flybridge U-shaped settee and chairs can easily seat 12 or more people. The custom enclosure was created by Canvas Supply of Seattle and includes their patented EZ2CY window technology. Perfect for extending your cruising season in the Pacific Northwest. The Novurania dinghy is aft of the enclosure and easily deployed by the low profile, hydraulic MarQuipt davit.
A companionway from the pilothouse leads to the private guest (or crew) quarters, each with a private head and enclosed shower. Conveniently located in the companionway is a stacking washer/dryer. The VIP guest stateroom is in the bow with a centerline queen berth, storage below and hanging locker. The adjoining head may also double as a day head for guest use. On the same level, the second stateroom has stacking bunks. The third and very private VIP suite is down a couple of steps with a centerline queen berth, loads of drawer storage and a large hanging closet. The private head is large and very attractive with subtle wallpaper and accessories.
