Broker's Comments
This lovely Dutch Tjalk is available with probably the best residential mooring on the River Hamble.
She was converted for both cruising and residential use approximately 15 years ago. Since then she has been well maintained (lifted every five years). There is an adjacent garden and deck giving views over a protected area of ancient oak land and sea marsh. The location is private and secure with 24hr security cameras and guards. Hamble village, train station and sports centre are all fifteen minutes walk away.
Mooring fees are £5,000 per annum and Council tax is £900 per annum.
