Broker's Comments
I am so very pleased to be able to offer this magnificent example of a Broom 39 Cruiser.
This boat has to be seen to be fully appreciated as she is both very well cared for and incredibly spacious. It is very clear the moment you step aboard, that she has been maintained to an incredibly high standard by all her owners.
Being a Broom she is one of the best built boats out there, and this is reflected in her current condition and spec.
She offers a true spacious three cabin, two shower / heads layout for extended cruising with family and friends, also benefitting from the convivial dinette opposite the well equipped and modern galley.
From her teak woodwork to her soft furnishings and GRP she is very hard to find fault with.
The one minor issue the owner advised is that the generator changeover relay sometimes buzzes, however the generator fires up and runs just fine.
She has Eberspacher D7 diesel heating throughout the boat to keep things warm when winter cruising, or living aboard.
The factory fitted gas-strut assisted folding radar arch is light and easy to drop and means this big boat can squeeze under an 11 foot bridge, giving her massive flexibility and scope to cruise other river systems with ease.
She has a full suite of quality nav kit, and a flip-flop triple helm seat that also becomes a relaxer seat and a social bench on the vast elevated aft cockpit, which can seat 9 in comfort.
The wide teak decks and all- round rails give a secure working deck. plus the incorportated fender baskets make working the deck a breeze for the crew.
She has her BSS cert and broads toll paid and is very much ready to go boating almost anywhere.
These are sought-after, versatlie boats with a great following and industry wide respect for the build, design and performance. This one is quite special coming up in her current condition, so swift viewing is strongly recommended.
These boats are renowned for their sea-keeping and build, and this great example is powerd by the reliable and respected Cat 350 motors, giving plenty of power whilst also able to cruise the rivers in a relaxed ecconomical manner.
