Broker's Comments

A traditional Broads/Thames cruiser with space and offering comfort for 6/7 people.

The roof in the saloon/cockpit slides fully back offering plenty of fresh air on those sunny days.

The hull is GRP and the topsides are of mahogany which is in good condition and highly lacquered.

Both heads are roomy and with basins, one manual and the other electric flush.

There is a warm air system which offers an all year round cruiser.

She has a current survey which was dated in June 2022 and the hull antifouled in November 2023. The engine was last serviced in autumn 2024. There is a 3Kw inverter fitted and a current Boat Safety Certificate which was on 23/11/2023, which runs for four years.
