Broker's Comments

Hull No 37 of only 70 made, this is a very nice example of the very popular Parker Trailer-Sailer. This boat also benefits from having locking docking arms for ease of launch and recovery. The boat also had the optional extra of the hull being epoxied at the point of purchase.

The design includes all-round sailing performance which is achieved by having a long waterline and beamy hull-form. This combined with a deep low centre of gravity lifting-keel gives great stability for offshore safety and sea-going ability.

Using a unique lift-keel system, led back to the cockpit winch, she can be moored with her keel raised in shallow waters and still have remarkable stability. The Parker 235 can then dry-out on mud, sand or gravel etc and sit completely upright for all-round comfort aboard.

The boat is presently wrapped up on its trailer in the owners garden.

The trailer is a custom built 4 wheeled trailer with new brakes & a Winterhoff Stabiliser coupling.
