Broker's Comments

The Buchanan is a serious, steel cruising yacht, featuring teak decks and topsides. This version has demonstrated these boats' capabilitites, having cruised UK, French and Baltic waters extensively, including heavy weather and as a race entrant.

The boat is now in need of some remedial work to the hull, decks and interior. The boat would be suitable for an entusiast who wishes to invest in such a boat or anybody with the skills and time to complete a refit themselves. If you would like further details or to arrange a personal viewing, please do contact our office and we would be pleased to help.

There are a number of manuals available with the boat, alongside a record of its provenance and sale history.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

Well priced, a bit of welding, a lot of brightwork and new covers etc, mostly hard work and enthusiasm but not expensive and you will have a nice boat, shame I'm in my 70's or I'd have a go.
